If you receive a monthly billing statement, review the Transaction Activity section to check for any fees or charges imposed during the billing cycle covered by the statement. To view any incurred fees, go to the payment history tab in your online account at newrez.myloancare.com. If you have concerns or are unhappy with a fee, contact the NewRez Loan customer service team with your account number and the date the fee was charged.
